Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Cost
When placing an order, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee after you enter your shipping address. Baoruler Logistics ships worldwide, and we offer standard logistics and delivery services.

2. Order Processing Time
· After your order is confirmed and payment is verified, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.
· Order processing and shipping times are calculated based on business days (excluding public holidays).

3. Tracking Your Order
· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can easily track your package on the website provided.
· Logistics updates may not be synchronized in real-time. After receiving your tracking number, it may take up to 3 business days for the shipping information to update, depending on the logistics carrier.

4. Changing Delivery Address
If your order has already been shipped, we apologize, but we cannot change the shipping information once the product is in transit. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
